As my Systema Instuctor, Blake is exceptional at seeing the details and slight movements that keep me tense or uncomfortable. He is very good at giving feedback in a way that is honest, approachable and sincere. He listens well and can processing what I am asking and needing to work on. He is also very good at Systema so don't mess with him! He will take you down smoothly but you won't know what hit you! Blake is genuine and worth taking classes or private lessons from.

Every class is challenging. I learn more about body movement as it pertains to everyday activities as well as a self defense. Is great for all levels and body types or ages. I think the women attending class learn more about defense and how techniques can be applied against all kind of opponents, building their confidence. Always recommend class to anyone willing to listen.
