Innovative Construction has done projects on 2 homes for me. Quality work and projects completed in good time frame. Russell Patton first converted a dining room into a 3rd bedroom so my house would sell. When completed the house got 2 offers & sold in 4 days. On my current home he added a roof over the patio floor and looks like the house was built with it. He also built a custom tile shower in Master bedroom. He switched out faucets, light fixtures & added ceilings fans.

Innovative Construction and Remodeling did an amazing job. I needed the wood trim on the eaves of my house replaced and all of the wood trim painted. This is not necessarily the type of work ICR usually does, but Russell immediately responded to my request for an estimate and was ready to take on the job. His crews did a top notch very high quality job. They were on time, did excellent work, and cleaned everything up as each stage was completed. I ended up having them replace my gutters as well and also replace my outside light fixtures. I highly recommend ICR for any wood repair, construction or remodeling job.

They came and gave a detailed estimate providing me with information for the decision points to make an informed choice about the work that I needed to have done. Once estimate was agreed to work was completed quickly. Very happy
