- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I start with $30 for 30 minute sessions. If they want to buy a package, I will discount it down about 5%.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I like to visit about their goals. I want to understand their health history. I follow the ACSM Healthcheck form. Talk about equipment needs and space in their hands home. How many days a week and time, and then cost.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in the fitness trade for 20+ years. I spent 11 years in fitness management and another 4 years in fitness sales. Before any of my fitness training, I was a PE teacher and coach.
