- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job is different, so in order to give you the most accurate price we need to know the full scope of the work, such as how much area needs to be taped off, what the surface area of your space that needs to be painted is, and the color and condition of your walls. To provide peace of mind, Five Star Painting offers a 2 year warranty to our residential and commercial clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Five Star painting provides a free on site painting estimate to all potential customers. Once the customer approves our quote, a Five Star representative will get in touch with the customer to schedule the work. We walk through and make sure we’re on the same page (e.g. colors, # of coats, and the daily schedule) and identify any issues ahead of time. We check our jobs daily and make ourselves available to our customers for any issues that may arise. At job completion, we will do a final walkthrough with the customer to ensure that they are completely satisfied with the final product. At that time we request final payment. All unused paint will be left for the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each five star painting pro is highly trained and skilled - we make sure the work is done professionally every time!
