FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The fee for a session is priced per hour or a client can purchase a package of sessions at a discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At the first session we talk about what hypnosis is and is not, and I answer any questions you may have. We then discuss what has brought you in for a session, and both your long and short term goals. Then it's time for us to start our work together. In addition to classic hypnotherapy I often use NLP and the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT or tapping.) I also like to teach my clients relaxation or self calming techniques they can use on their own.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My hypnotherapist certification is from the National Guild of Hypnotherapist (NGH.) I also have a Bachelor of Arts degree, Cum Laude, from San Francisco State University. I've taught Hypnotherapy for Weight Management classes to professionals at Bastyr University in Kenmore, WA.
