Alejandro is amazing. He is so talented. What started out as a small easy job, turned out to be extensive and could not have done it without his skill and capability. Alejandro can identify areas of concern - he is so knowledgeable in so many areas - he can do anything inside or outside. I will hire Alejandro for my next job. Because he is so good, you might need to wait for him to be available - but he is worth the wait. I believe in Alejandro so much, I have given his name to neighbors who have hired him as well.

I moved to San Diego about 4 years ago after buying a fixer, and that's when I met Alejandro. Alejandro can pretty much do everything. He has decades of experience with building homes from the ground up. Whether it's tile, electrical work, plumbing, stucco, drywall, painting, custom cabinets, landscaping, fencing, driveways. .you name it! And he does them all REALLY well with professionalism. And he knows city codes and can provide you with architectural design ideas and drawings. He communicates well, is jovial, and most importantly trustworthy. Also, he respects your house and is understanding of deadlines. He is definitely my go-to when I need work done on my property.

We give an estimate for the work. We do not usually work per hour.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed. My dad has over 20 years of experience doing all types of work.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
We got started in this project by getting in contact with the customer. We then schedule a meeting to talked with the customer about the project. After this we send the customer an email with a professional typed estimation. The customer then agreed to the estimation and we schedule a date to start his project.
