- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no real standard pricing when it comes to catering, every client, menu and service varies greatly. Therefore the prices vary as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with the client in person if time permits. It's best to get a clear idea of what they envision as there perfect event. If meeting in person is not possible, then we can discuss these ideas over the phone and use pictures via email or text, to get a more concise view .It is important to really listen to the needs of each client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was fortunate enough to work for a family in Aspen,Co. I received my training by several of their personal chefs.
