Every structure is different and some offer really significant challenges so offering a per unit price to serve as a standard measure just isn't a practical policy.

Get to know what they expect. Explain what we can offer and then do whatever we can to ensure their satisfaction.

I've seen a lot. Classes and labor aside the most valuable education is the real life failures that have taken place. These experiences orient our focus.
