FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As a professional business that holds customer satisfaction and experience highly, the first step would be to have a consultation. Through open communication we are able to over deliver what is expected. The next step is delivery of helpful tips to prepare for the photoshoot/event. From helpful guides of poses for portraits to interior and exterior house checklists for real estate photography, we help along the way. The third step is the special event. We know that it can get busy during these times, but relax, we got it from here. The 4th step would be the review and edits of photos. During this time we go over the photos to review for edits. We select the photos of which we believe to be the best, as well as allow for the choosing of photos that you like to be edited, just in case we missed any. The 5th and final step would be the delivery of photos. We appreciate your interest and look forward to hearing from you.
