A typical process would be as follow: 1.) Establish confidentiality 2.) Background: understanding the client's perspective 3.) Set expectations 4.) Set Goals 5.) Follow up and follow through on the clients commitment to their success.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Two degrees in business, over 10 years working with people from all socioeconomic backgrounds and ethnicity. Attended many seminars, research, studies in psychology, sociology, philosophical anthropology, volunteering in communities, working with schools, students, parents, leading small and large groups of people, in-depth interactions and conflict resolution sessions.
