What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the services provided. If a client would like multiple services, I create a package price for them that is discounted.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Resume/Cover Letter The process begins with a few messages to determine the needs of the client. Then, I review any documents the client has submitted. The next step is a scheduled call with the client to acquire additional information. I can update or craft documents based on the client's needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been providing career assistance for over 7 years. I have been on both sides of the process as a recruiter and a candidate. I have my MS in Human Resources Management. I hold Human Resources certifications from HRCI and SHRM.
