yes. i have different pricing systems depending on the workload, issue at hand and travel distance. please reach out for further information
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
first, I find it important to understand the issue with the customer's fitness equipment. next, I provide troubleshooting over the phone. if the issue is not fixable over the phone I take a look at the equipment on site. finally, if parts are needed i would order them and fix your equipment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
mechanical engineer certification. precor,life fitness, matrix and cybex certified
