- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We do, but that doesn't mean we aren't open to a little negotiating.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Once we have been granted the opportunity to be a part of your special event, we start working on the details. Such as, what type of facility will the event take place in? We discuss the amount of space needed for the booth as well as the importance of being near at least one electrical outlet. Booth setup will take place, at the most, one hour prior to the time you wish for the booth to open up to your guests for pictures. Prior to the event we will also discuss the wording to be printed on the guest photo strip copies.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?We got started doing this type of work because of our entrepreneurial spirit and desire to be our own boss.
