I waited over 10 days after Dan abandoned and left job worse than he found it before posting this review.
I have called Dan 5 times the day he abandoned the leak he created while trying to do the installation on the Miele washer and dryer .
- Created a leak while trying to install washer and dryer.
- abandoned the job.
- Never returned a part from my Miele washing machine to the hardware store to find a matching part and never returned it.
Cost to replace part : $50 and 2 hours on phone with Miele customer service
- Payed him $150 for the installation and $170 for parts all wasted money. All parts he installed were done incorrectly and new plumber was shocked at terrible work and leak everywhere and had to replace everything.

You're entitled to your opinion, but please tell the truth and do not exaggerate the facts.
I charged you $150
Parts were $80 for which I provided you receipts.
I never took any parts of your washer or dryer
The connections were properly made.
The leaks were not from any of the connections I made, it was from the valve that you obsessed over the angle and wanted me to move it against my advice and suggestion. I warned you that if I were to move it, a leak would be possible and you still wanted it done.
You needed a back flow device, you called Miele and they agreed, yet you did not want to purchase the part from them due to the arrival time.
I did leave after that happened, the water needed to be shut off in order to fix that issue and you did not have the water shut off in your apt and couldn't contact the super.
I performed the job you paid me to do and it was 100% correct and leak free
I tried my best to help you solve a problem that was not created by me. You were in a rush to test out this equipment so that you can pay the person you purchased it from.

He made himself immediately available, and was very patient as I obsessed about the height I wanted the TV, and stayed longer than originally anticipated to make sure it was done right. Everything looks great, and it was a reasonable price.
