- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system varies for events. For weddings,luncheons , banquets, etc., prices are per person. Those rates will depend on what your menu consist of. For parties, I have a set prices , which also depend on what your menu consist of. We also offer linen , table ware , glasses, and other decor , for an additional price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I get to know my potential clients. (Asking about themselves , their event that they are planning, etc.) . I then discuss the Menu and they're wants and needs for their special day & come up with ideas and a way to make what they want ... possible. After That process, I schedule a meeting for myself and the client, where we will go over the ideas we have come up with, I will conduct a tasting for the client, and I will present contract agreements.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
culinary school for 3 years , and have worked in kitchens as head cook , sous chef , and production manager. I also major in business administration & marketing.
