I've used PRN as my P/T saviors for 15+ years . . . every therapist has resolved my issue with the perfect strategy for me. I've had 2 knee surgeries, a shoulder surgery, 2 hand injuries, and hip issues - I'm 55 and started soccer at 35 and then triathlon at 49 . . .
