FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The more sessions you commit to a week the cheaper it will be. I require you sign up for either 3 or 6 months. If you commit for a longer time the session prices is also reduced. At home training is more expensive than at my gym in Centennial (212 Performance Gym) just because it cost me money to travel with all my equipments and it is a convenience to you. Online training can include workouts+nutrition or either separately. This is the cheapest option but also the toughest because although I will be guiding you online I will not be there in person to help aide/push you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to spend our first meeting just taking and getting to know one another. I think it's of the utmost importance that I not only understand your fitness goals but also get to know who you are as a person. I may also run through some assessments just to get a good base point but mostly I just want to listen and hear about you!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
BA in biology from UCD CPT through NASM CPR/AED certification through Red Cross
