FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is unique and therefore, determining the price is a bit different every time. It is mostly based on how many designs and changes the client wants, the complexity of the final design, how many hours I will need to spend making the product, and the cost of supplies etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To try and understand their ultimate goal as well as possible and how it relates to what they like in my work. Then figure out logistical specifics such as size, medium, etc. I would then quote a price, settle on a due date, number of sketches and revisions allowed, and a kill fee. I would then make the number of sketches decided upon, submit to discuss any changes, and then move to the final product.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As I mentioned earlier, I have my BFA from Otis College of Art + Design and having been working in the field since graduating in 2011.
