Brian had some unanticipated challenges with this job (partly because of the age of the building and also because of dealing with an HOA). He was very conscientious and worked at these until he got things done right. He is very easy to work with and is fair in his charges. I won't hesitate to use him again.

This contractor disappeared with our money. We paid down payment of about 1,500. He showed up two times did demolition and started the work and then nothing. We tried calling and texting. His phone number rang but he never picked up. We can see he read our text but never replied. It has been a year now. Stay away from this person. We hired another contractor to finish the work.
