Briggs has done it again. Briggs has always delivered on time. This site only lets you chose 3 qualities, but I would say he delivered on all 5. Briggs is very trustworthy, honest, and easy to work with. Briggs took all the pictures and edited them professionally. He then posted our rental property and within days, we had a tenant sign the lease without even seeing the property in person. That's how much of a magic touch Briggs has.
