- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to give me a call. After that, we will pick a day and time that works best for your 30 minute in-home consultation. When I arrive to your home, we will sit down and discuss in detail the services I offer. Afterward, I will do a quick walk through to determine if any adjustments to your quote are necessary. Finally, if you decide you would like to move ahead with booking your appointment, we will schedule a day and time of your choosing (schedule allowing) and get your home cleaned up! Payment is due at the time of service. I accept cash, check, Visa, MC & Discover.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been cleaning my own home and homes of relatives for over a decade. I have gone through various trainings through The Clean Team company and have read many books on how to efficiently and thoroughly clean a home.
