I am glad and grateful that I have Mr. Harker as my attorney for vehicular collision. Mr. Harker introduced himself professionally and made sure his assistant Rachel was constantly following up with me. Often times, a few words of caring really means a lot and sinks deeply emotionally especially not knowing how to get properly treated for the injury accrued from the incident. Mr. Harker made sure my doctors arranged X-ray, MRI, chiropractor, doctors and procedures in a timely manner. Making the my case effortless on my end. If I could give 10 stars, I would! I was involved in a car accident as I was in my 3rd trimester of pregnancy and hit by another car while putting my 3 year old in her car seat... The person ended up driving away after the accident. Needless to say this turned into a uninsured motorist claim. As to be expected, I was in complete shock and completely uncertain in terms of what to do. My insurance company (who I thought was on my side) was the exact opposite! After trying to handle this claim on my own I quickly realized my insurance company was doing anything they could to put off my injuries due to my pregnancy. I consulted The Harker Law Firm feeling defeated and frustrated with my Ins company. Honestly, just wanting my Ins company to compensate me for my 2-weeks worth of lost wages. I was involved in a car accident this past summer and I needed an attorney to represent me due to injuries I sustained. Bronson is not only super professional but approachable and likeable which I can't say about most attorneys. He cared about us and really just wanted to get us better. I am licensed to practice law in both California and Nevada and began my legal career working for a large multi-state personal injury law firm. Though I am a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, being awarded the 10 Best in Client Satisfaction by the American Institute of Personal Injury Attorney's is one of my proudest accomplishments because my clients are the reason I do what I do.
