I had a three-way switch reworked to power a fan and basement light separately, fan installed, two timer removed and replaced with switches and two lights installed. Gavin was great. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is the fact that I did not get other bids on the job so I do not know how the pricing compared. Also, there was a 1 YEAR ADVANTAGE PLAN INCLUDES EXTENDED WARRANTY 2YRS PARTS AND LABOR charge for $69 and I'm not too sure about that. I wasn't asked if I wanted it, and not sure if it's a standard charge. I am not a fan of extended warranties.

I'm sorry that the Advantage Plan did not get explained to you clearly. It is a membership plan that has several features: one feature is special pricing, so in your case it saved you $85.36, the savings was more than the membership so it was automatically added to the Invoice.
