Meredith Wellness Coaching - Health & Fitness

Introduction: I offer Health & Wellness Coaching for women who are frustrated with their over 40 weight loss efforts, chronic pain or both. If nothing that you do is working then I am the coach for you. If all you want is to feel and look better contact me today. I've collaborated with clients for over 15 years assisting them to overcome their Health & Fitness challenges. My motto is that Nutrition, Movement and Mindset heal the body. Personally I was a competitive cyclist and triathlete that was side-lined with a benign brain tumor in 2015 that made me change my overstressed lifestyle to heal my body and focus on healing protocols. I help my clients do the same. Our weekly sessions are focused on habits and subconscious reprograming techniques and I use several health and wellness apps to track and monitor your progress. I have a minor degree in Health & Exercise Science, 20 year background as a competitive athlete, and certified Life Coach and Trainer. As an athlete I offer structure and science but from being a brain tumor survivor I offer humanity, kindness, patience and balance. It's been a rewarding combination that makes my job and my work with my clients very rewarding.
