We hired 312 sites to do a web portal for our contractors to submit client notes for visits and allow us to pay them and invoice clients more easily. It needed to be easy for them to work with, HIPPA compliant, and accessible by mobile, tablet or computer. Rustam took the time to understand our business and our specs, put together a project timeline, and create a portal that not only met our needs but exceeded our expectations. He was patient and more than willing to work with us through changes and completed the project on time and on budget. Once we saw the potential beyond our original concept, we asked him to add a new additional phase of development as well. The portal has freed up time for both us and our contractors as well as improved record keeping, data collection, scheduling and invoicing allowing us to take our business to the next level.
