- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every new customer's needs are evaluated first to determine immediate concerns and how to address them in a way that meets the customers long term goals. After a plan is in place to address immediate concerns further evaluation and recommendations are offered to meet the customers long term needs cost effectively without compromising quality and reliability.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Specialized computing Services works with professionals holding all levels of training and certification from doctoral to entry level. Our technicians experience is equally varied from college students working under direct supervision of experienced technicians to highly skilled specialists with over 35 years in their field.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Specialized computing services was created when a group of I.T. professionals recognized that our customers were not receiving adequate services. Hardware, Internet, Voice and other services are all sold by companies that know only about their core product offerings. This leaves customers with solutions that may not be a right fit and often don't work well together. Specialized Computing Services Brings together specialists in all of these areas to ensure that the products our customer get will work together and be the best possible fit.
