- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a phone conversation where I learn more about the owner, their property, and what they are hoping to get out of the process I generally like to have a 30 minute meeting at the property to do a thorough walk through and provide my industry leading free rental analysis. At that time if both myself and the owner feel their is a mutual benefit to do business we would begin the contract. The meetings and conversations are low stress and no obligation. I want to make sure the owner has all of the information even if they end up not using my services.
