- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free mold inspection to determine whether mold is present. The complexity of water and mold remediation requires us to then develop an estimate, and we might suggest air sampling to confirm presence of mold spores or radon gas (fixed cost). We do offer standard pricing for air duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will contact the customer and arrange a convenient time to meet and provide the service. We will text a photo of the technician prior to arrival if the customer provides a phone number. Once we meet the customer, we will evaluate the situation and explain our process to resolve the problem. We will follow up with the customer to ensure the service was satisfactory.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our lead technicians are IICRC certified for Water Remediation, MICRO Certified for mold remediation, and NADCA certified for air duct cleaning. We are also NRSB certified to be an accredited Radon Lab (ARL1715), Radon Measurement Specialists (17SS068), and Radon Mitigation Specialists (17G011).
