We hired this contractor for an addition with the possibility of remodel as well. We sat down with him, and he was very pleasant as we talked about a timeline and discussed our budget for the work we wanted to do and ended up hiring him. We liked that he was upfront about being new to being a general contractor but had plenty experience working for other contractors so we felt comfortable giving him a chance...Bad decision!! The first nightmare was when he tried to do the block work for the addition by himself that we had to HELP him get it done and then had to go back and hire someone else to knock it all down and redo it because it was not level. We should have been clued in then, but he is a really nice guy that we explained our frustrations and he said he would hire someone to help. He said he was an experienced framer but when our window guy (yes, we had to find our own guy though Henry said he was a GENERAL contractor) gave him the dimensions for th Windows, they were so off that we had to enlist a neighbor to help to Do the framework just to get the windows to fit since he framed them incorrectly plus he put he framed them in the wrong spot! I wish he had not recommend his electrican as the guy required money up front and stiffed us on the work. Bottom line, very nice guy, but RUN away!!!

I had been completely transparent with customer. I had informed them of my intent to only frame the structure needed. When questioned of any electricians. I had offered a couple of electricians I had used previously. I can not be liable for they're actions. I can only make sure that I am better aware of individuals. The work that had been performed was done correctly. I had started my company. To build clientele and resources to build on and resources. To grow and take on the full scale of any job. Communication and Transparency with proper paperwork filing. Is fundamental to insure satisfaction and crediablity. I sincerely was not aware that this customer was so dissatisfied with the work. Or falsely stating my abilities. Sincerest apologies for disappointment. I have made changes to insure this type of matter will not ever occur again in future endevures. Company is licensed and is insured up to $1,000,000 Thank you. Hoping this clarifies any uncertainties.
