FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Session fees can be found on my website. Session fees are based on the photographer's time and talent spent before, during and after a session. This includes, but is not limited to: consultations time, retouching, extreme editing if required, props, equipment, and more. Session fees include: ~ a detailed pre-session consultation to visualize your goal for your session ~ a custom session that captures all elements discussed in your consultation ~ a post-session viewing & delivery appointment approximately 1.5 weeks after your session so you can approve your order and take your art work home ~ help from me in designing a final product that you love and can't wait to take home ~ client communication and attention to detail through every step of the way At least 50% of your session fee will be due at your pre-session consultation, with the remaining portion due at your session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love meeting new clients! The first step is that initial email, Facebook message or phone call. I ask a few questions to find out what you are looking for. If we seem to be a good fit, I will suggest a pre-session consultation. Thats where I buy you coffee and get to know a bit better. Because after all, your photo session is all about you! And I want to be sure that I can capture your personality and every bit of what makes you, you!
