Introduction: I have been a personal chef for 10 years and catering for nearly 20 years. I am a very versatile chef who can create dishes from all over the world. Creating dishes, especially fusion dishes, is what I enjoy the most.
I love to bring people together with food. I am able to let my clients experienced cuisine from all over the world under one roof. Keeping my customers happy and satisfied with my food and service is my top priority. Seeing their face light up with joy and excitement is my ultimate goal. A happy client is a job well done.

As an event planner, I tend to work with a lot of caterers. Chef Mei is one of my favorites because her attitude is always positive and she's full of energy. I also doesn't help that her food is delicious and that she's very flexible when designing a custom menu. Just Jenny Designs & Events enjoys working with Mei and her staff at events!

The service and attention to detail with the menu was awesome. She made my food restrictions very enjoyable for all. Very professional. Things that could have gone better are that she used a lot of my dishes for serving and storage of leftovers, which I guess is okay, but she didn't ask what she could use. Also, many of the hot dishes/appetizers were stone cold most of the night since they were just set out on plates and had no way to keep them warm, so they were unappetizing to many guests.
