- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices vary according to my customer's needs and choices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would first set an appointment with the new customer. At their appointment, the customer and I would go over all the necessary details of their specific event to include their budget, their theme, number of people to be served, meal courses of choice, and pricing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended The Culinary School of Arts in Omaha Nebraska and I also took culinary courses at Fayetteville Technical Community College in Fayetteville, NC.
