Was late to the initial meeting but gave me a prompt call apologizing and explained why and made sure that I would be home to meet with him when he got here. Scheduled the work and then the day he came back just got started. Was extremely reasonable with the price and went above and beyond with his work. I will call him next time I need some yard help!
