- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clients typically request a discovery call through my website www. genesisbalance. com. During the discovery call, I will ask you some questions about your situation and what you hope to achieve through coaching. We will decide together whether I am the best fit for you. We will then schedule your initial appointment and possibly your follow-up appointments as well. Most clients benefit from weekly sessions, but we will tailor your appointment schedule to your personal needs. Payment is required after the discovery call but prior to the initial session.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I addition to being a certified life coach, I have a bachelor of science degree in Psychology and will complete a master of Social Work degree in the summer of 2018. I am certified to conduct SBIRT intervention for substance abuse problems. I am trained in motivational interviewing, solution-focused theory and cognitive behavioral theory. I am also an Army Community Services Master Trainer and Army Family Team Building Instructor.
