- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
10% of the gross rent is a standard charge to collect rent and send out monthly profit and loss statements, as well as be on call 24/7. There is a $35/hr charge for extra services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before any contracts are signed, there will be a thorough walk through of the property to make sure our company is a good fit for you and your rental property(ies). There is a property questionnaire that will need to be filled out after we both decide we want to move forward. Leave the rest to us.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got involved in property management when I purchased my first rental property/multi-family back in 2008.
