FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts on services that are combined with other services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There are two ways to reserving your event with Dan and Tray Productions. The first way is we like to meet in person at a public place such as a McDonalds. We go over any questions you might have and if satisfied you will read over our service contract and sign. You will pay deposit and get a written receipt also. Then we discuss the services you are requesting and if you are still interested in reserving our service than we will go review and sign our service contract. But, our contact doesn't end after our first initial meeting. Before the day of your event if you have any questions or concerns we will always be available to discuss those questions and concerns. The second option is contacting us through e-mail, text, or phone. If you prefer to not meet in person we can schedule a Skype or phone interview to go over all of your questions and concerns. If you decide to reserve and make a deposit, we will forward our Service Agreement and when the Service Agreement is signed you will receive an itinerary that will help plan your wedding reception events. Again, after you have reserved a service and ever need to contact us before your event, feel free to contact us.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It began as a hobby, but than it was discovered there was a market for DJ services that provided us the opportunity to not only share our craft, but also provide exceptional DJ entertainment at affordable rates. Shortly after beginning our endeavor of DJing professionally, we expanded our entertainment service to include photo booth rental for any event as well as offer wedding officiant services.
