- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide top quality accounting, bookkeeping, finance, administrative services to businesses at an affordable price. Rather than paying the high cost of a CPA to take care of your accounting needs, I can complete most of the work for you at only $15/hour. The only time you'll need to hire an accountant is at the end of the year to complete your taxes at which time I will work with them to provide them with all of the information they need to make it completely hassle free for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually like to speak with a new customer directly to obtain a clear picture of all the services they need and how they would like them completed. I always do my best to ensure that all of my customers are satisfied with the work provided to them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my bachelor's degree from Northwood University in Dec 2012 which I received with a 3.9/4.0 GPA. My major was accounting and my minor, management. I also completed Six Sigma Green belt training in 2014. I worked as a Financial Analyst at a reputable automotive company for 8 years. I have been running my own successful online accounting business since 2014 and have provided top quality services to businesses using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, QuickBooks, and Xero.
