- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to keep my pricing simple and fair. Most importantly I do charge you anything if I fail fix the problem. As for buying parts, the price will very greatly depending on what needs to be replaced.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customers is to have a phone or Skype call with them. This is to get as much details about the issue as possible but also discuss prices, location, or answer any questions the customer may have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently a student at Kettering University studying computer science. I am also a paid internship at Konrad Technologies, a computer engineering company where I have received professional training for a large variety of computer orientated topics.
