- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing includes your trial and lashes.... and any traveling I have to do with in a 30 mile radius.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we will typically email/text with basic questions and then set up a meeting and trial run to go over everything including my contract and if we come. to an agreement we will sign and usually 50% is paid upfront to retain the date and everything will be set.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed cosmetologist. I have done many continuing education classes. and have trained with more than 7 prestige cosmetic and skin care brands.
