Apartment not cleaned as agreed upon. The agreement was for a deep move out cleaning. After Green and Clean left I began noticing many things that were not touched. I immediately contacted Kelly to express my complaints and asked for a call back. When speaking with Kelly she stated that every surface was touched. I found the bathroom floor not swept, not cleaned around the toilet, cupboards not wiped off, drawers not wiped out and the list goes on and on. Kelly asked how to rectify the situation. By that time I already had over two hours into cleaning. I told Kelly that I felt I shouldn't be charged and she agreed to rip up the check. Three days later the check cleared my account. I attempted to contact Kelly and there has been no response. I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau. From my experience, I would recommend not hiring this company!!

This company is incredibly unprofessional and disorganized. The cleaners showed up two hours later than the scheduled time, refused to perform the services that I had EXPLICITLY discussed over the phone, and then "went to go talk to Kelly" before leaving without notifying me.
I would attempt to rate the company on their actual service, but as none was provided, I also cannot provide anything. Do not hire this company.

I am so sorry you had a bad experience. While communication is key, and sometimes we struggle to get it right, we, at times have a communciation breakdown. This is what happened and I am so sorry. We would like to make it up to you as we have many many happy customers that have found our services above and beyond expectations. We would like to make this right with you.
