FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Quotes are based on complexity, expected time of completion of the job, and market rates. Discounts are offered for referrals and prepayment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I will need to see your most recent tax filings first. Once I have reviewed these documents, we can conduct an interview by phone, email, or in person. For remote clients, files can be emailed to me, and I will review the information upon receipt.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a broad educational background, graduating from California State University San Bernardino, with bachelors degree in Accounting. I have also obtained an MBA degree in Accounting from the same university. The CPA testing process is one of the most rigorous of all professional licensing, requiring a passing score on 4 exams within an allotted time period. Historically, the pass rate for each exam ranges between 40% and 50%. As a CPA, I am required to complete 80 hours of continuing education every 2 years. I have over 8 years of experience in the accounting field and resolving complex issues for my clients.
