- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to find out what the customer wants and give them an idea of what I can do for them. I like to talk to my customer on the phone to have better communication. I want to be able to give the customer what they want and more.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BFA in graphic design and have a number of years of experience in publishing, business advertising, business marketing and visual design that ranges from ads, brochures and logo design to menus, media kits and event materials.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always been interested in art, design, marketing and customer service.
