FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For pet care, it depends on the job and the number of animals. Standard care includes (for a healthy dog) feeding, any medication needs, two 1-hr walks, and a play activity every day. For dog training, I will charge $40-50 for the session, depending on the dog and the problem behavior. My quote is not hourly. I will work with a client for as long as it takes to get the desired results without increasing the quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, I first listen to the details of the situation or service requested. Once I have a good understanding, we will collaborate on a plan to achieve the desired results the client is asking for. Upon finishing the job, I will always follow up with the client to check in if any further service is required.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor degree in Animal Behavior Studies, I've worked with a local trainer for over 2 years and have applied experience from over 7 years of dog sitting, training, and walking.
