Introduction: You have a busy life. Eating healthy and at home shouldn't be difficult. I am a firm believer that a home-cooked meal with your loved ones after a hard day of work or school brings people closer together than any restaurant. I cook with as much Colorado grown products as I can. I have networked with local farmers from around the area to create delicious dishes. We are a community and need to help out one another as much as possible, so most of the foods I buy and cook with are farm to table and from a farm near you. I enjoy making people smile with my food. I love creating dishes that you never had. I want you to come home and relax and not have to worry about what to make for dinner because I already made it for you.
