- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
i dont have a standard model that I use for doing estimates, i look at each project individually, and try to formulate a price that would bring savings to the customer over using one of the larger, well known companies in the area.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the customer has accepted my bid, I like to go introduce the employees who will be on their property. I believe it's important to let them know and have a feel for the people that will be in and around their home or property.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for one of the large franchised tree services in the area for two years prior to embarking on starting my own company. From this I gained knowledge of safety as well as experience in tree care and removal.
