Introduction: We are able to provide personal services to meet most any small businesses needs. We are QuickBooks ProAdvisors and are experts at file clean-up and financial reporting. We can also provide accurate, efficient and affordable standard bookkeeping services such as payroll, bank reconciliations, bill paying, sales tax reporting, 1099 reporting and as well as training. We do not provide income tax preparation but we help our clients maintain CPA-ready financial records all year round. I truly enjoy providing accurate and meaningful information to my clients so that they can make informed and sound decisions about how to better manage their business. I have a gift with numbers and I truly enjoy resolving accounting issues that others might find tedious or too challenging. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Basic bookkeeping services such as data entry, bill paying, file set up and bank reconciliations are $30 per hour. Payroll related tasks are $35 per hour. Depending on the level of difficulty, file clean up ranges between $30-40 per hour. I do offer a $5 discount on all services that are performed remotely.

I am gifted in mathematics and was given an opportunity as a young woman to learn A/R and A/P when hired for secretarial work.
