- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I chose my prices to be about right down the middle of the average salon rates in Fort Collins. All of my prices are base prices and could increase due to multiple reasons. The most common upcharges come with hair color or nail art. If pricing is a concern for you, lets discuss this during your consultation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually I schedule the appointment type you want and once you come in I have a thorough consultation discussing what it is you would like done with your hair or nails that day. A new guest wanting hair coloring done may get asked for specifics and details about their current hair color and their goal in order to schedule the proper amount of time to complete the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Of course beauty was the start of my education required to obtain my professional license. Now I continue to do more education and training almost monthly to keep up with trends and always improving my skills. Learning is huge in my career!
