- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Wedding packages start at $1800 and are tailored to the specific event needs. A four hour backyard BBQ for 50 people is different than a 10 hour reception with an offsite ceremony for 300 people. Other events, like corporate parties or private events are priced differently and tailored to the needs of the event as well as the budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially we exchange a few emails to work on the details. Then we'll sit down for a coffee to connect and start the ideas flowing about the event. I truly love connecting with my clients and building a friendship - especially since we're planning one of the biggest nights of their lives. We develop the plan and start to coordinate music ideas and really tailor the event to our needs. Then we take care of the initial paperwork and we're on a roll. As we get closer, we touch base and work on the order of events, I do a site walk through so there aren't any surprises. My goal is to have thoroughly prepared so that my clients can enjoy their day and not have to worry about petty decisions. Legwork on the front end saves us a TON on the event day. After the event, I send some follow up info so that I can collect feedback and address concerns if any have come up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a generally outgoing music lover with a keen attention to detail, I work my hardest to make your day fantastic. I work closely with the bride, groom, event coordinator, caterers and anyone else to make sure your vision becomes a reality and that everyone dances so hard their feet hurt the day after.
