- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our web design services vary from $1,000 to $3,000 depending on content development and SEO requirements. Ecommerce plans vary from $2,500 to $6,000 depending on amount of products needed to be uploaded and the format in which information is given to us. We also can develop an Amazon store for an additional charge. Full business plans include web design, blog posting, advertising campaigns, social media developments and local listings. The cost is $8,000 for the website without ecommerce and $10,000-$12,000 with ecommerce. Monthly maintenance packages vary from $250/month to $3,000/month for bigger projects including marketing management, ecommerce management and Amazon store management.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Phone or email consultation. We ask you to answer some questions so we understand better what you are looking for. We typically ask the client to send us 2-5 websites or features in them they like or they would line to include in their website. 2. In person appointment. We meet with the client showing some of the ideas and options on how your website will look like and what changes should be made. 3. Payment. Prior to us starting the work we ask a client to pay for domain and hosting (we give recommendations) and our services. 4. The work process. It usually takes up to 7 business days for 1-5 pages small web design project with all the content given to us. 7-15 business days for 10-15 pages project and 15-30 business days for ecommerce projects depending on the size and information given to us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Knowledge of Marketing is extremely important for any web design project. I graduated with the Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing degree and implemented my knowledge every day in our projects.
