- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge 10% of the gross monthly rental income with a minimum of $100 per unit. There is no charge while your rental is unoccupied.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We create letters of introduction from you to be sent out to your tenants explaining the property management system, We do an inventory of your appliances to obtain make, model and serial numbers to facilitate repair service when needed. We do a market analysis to make sure you are receiving market rent..We provide owners password protected access to our website where they can view their account ledger, maintenance and repair info with photo documentation for each property 24/7.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed realtors with training and certification as community association managers. The owner has two masters degrees in business and management.
